“碰瓷”是不是翻译成“touch china”或者“touch porcelain”呢？不是的。这是个非常有趣的话题。请参考有些更好的地道表达。
新闻里报到处，总会有些最新出现的碰瓷手段：故意从人身边走过，然后把瓶子扔在地上，说是别人碰坏自己刚刚买的药，很贵的，然后索要药品费用。很显然，碰瓷的言外之意就是“讹诈，找某人茬”等，从其本意理解，我们就能很好的翻译出“碰瓷”一词。
用英语来描述这个“碰瓷”行为艺术，请参考这样的英语表达：

如此看来，porcelain bumpers，碰瓷者，已经是英语读者里可以接受的表达了，那么，porcelain bump， porcelain bumping，衍生词，就可以使用了。而且非常形象的一个词。
还有些可以在某种程度上表示“碰瓷”含义的表达。，可以了解下：
1、用“讹诈，勒索”对应的翻译
Blackmail 讹诈，勒索；
extort 敲诈，勒索〔尤指钱财〕;
racket 诈骗；勒索
......等等，其实，骗，作为古老的生活艺术，有很多单词可以表达这个意思。
2、feigning injury，feigned injuries， 假装受伤。这个词，本来和踢足球有关，如果用在这里，会有些怪怪的，中国式英语爱好者，会比较喜欢这个词。

很显然这是“碰瓷”的音译词，看其英文解释：
pengci is a kind of traffic scam.People will run into the middle of the street and throw themsevles in front of your car and extort money from you.
正式点的表达我们可以说：
Scammers feign injury in traffic accidents in order to extort money from drivers.
骗子以装作交通事故中受伤对司机进行敲诈。
此外，英语中有“fake insurance claims-假的保险索赔”或者“insurance fraud-保险欺诈”两个词，但一般这样的“碰瓷”直接涉及到保险的，也就是以欺诈的形式获得保险赔偿，意思接近“碰瓷”，但在中国，“碰瓷”并非都与保险有关，所以还不是很确切。
